Made with care using time-honored methods, our sorghum syrup begins in the fields of Clarion, Pennsylvania, where heirloom sorghum cane is grown without synthetic chemicals and harvested by hand. The fresh-pressed juice is slowly evaporated over a wood-fired pan, just like in southern Appalachian tradition, to preserve its rich flavor and natural goodness—no refining, no bleaching, and absolutely no chemical additives.
